Corporate Recruiter
The Corporate Recruiter supports growth by leading the full lifecycle recruiting process for our operating business corporate roles. Operating business corporate hiring includes high volume hiring of Operations & Maintenance (e.g., O&M, Wind, and Solar Technicians). Additional areas of focus include Energy Trading, Operations Engineering, Asset Management, support functions, AI and Data Analytics, and IT. The Corporate Recruiter partners closely with hiring leaders to build recruiting strategies, attract and assess talent, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and interview plans; provide consultative guidance and timely communication.
- Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies; share market insights and recommend adjustments to improve candidate flow and quality.
- Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the end-to-end recruiting process including candidate review, phone screens, interview scheduling/coordination and offer
- Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process while ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
- Represent Invenergy’s employee value proposition in a compelling, consistent manner to candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and support reporting on recruiting progress and results.
- Use sound, professional judgment in all interactions and foster an equal employment opportunity environment.
- Participate in talent acquisition initiatives and process improvement projects
- Support career fairs, networking events, presentations, and local/community outreach as needed
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Two (2+) years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Experience using an enterprise applicant tracking system (ATS) or Human Capital Management (HCM) platform
- Proficient with sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and passive recruiting experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and advise hiring stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing requisitions, deadlines, and stakeholder needs
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Skills
- Workday or other enterprise HRIS/HCM experience a plus
- Previous experience with partnering with trade schools, trade programs, community colleges, veteran groups for recruitment
- High-volume requisition management and/or multi-location recruiting experience
- Multi-state recruiting experience
- Experience participating in recruiting process improvement initiatives
- Ability to build relationships and credibility with candidates and hiring teams
- Experience supporting compliance-focused recruiting environments (e.g., OFCCP) a plus

Base Pay
$74,000.00 - $95,000.00 USD Annual
Bonus 15%
