About This Role This position is part of Artheon's long-term growth strategy to build a strong engineering team. As an Associate Engineer, you will build foundational engineering skills while gaining exposure to a broad range of municipal engineering disciplines, including stormwater management, transportation, water and wastewater, and municipal infrastructure. Based in our Camden, NJ office, you will work alongside experienced engineers on progressively more complex assignments, developing technical expertise through structured mentorship and hands-on project experience. You'll gain an understanding of how projects move from planning and municipal review through design, construction, and completion.
