Enterprise Accounts Business Leader
The Enterprise Accounts Business Leader is responsible for driving revenue in the Enterprise Accounts Clients, collaborating with our PACs and National Systems Integrators team, with an emphasis on providing Allegion networked access control product solutions. Specific duties and responsibilities include developing relationships with Enterprise end user accounts, key influencers, coordinating alignment with their preferred PACS providers, and leverage Allegion distribution for procurement.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with targeted end users and key influencers in the Enterprise Accounts space including National/Global End Users, Security Design Consultants, System Integrators, and PACS OEM partners.
- Identify and actively pursue end user opportunities by leveraging existing mechanical NA relationships, Krieger and Trimco end user accounts
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences and other events as needed for networking, market analysis and prospecting
- Drive growth with named Enterprise Integrator accounts through their strategic sales teams and partnering their branches with Allegion regional sales offices.
- Coordinate/Communicate and support national electronic sales strategies within Allegion’s existing Sales and Channel teams.
- Manage all sales and business development activities in CRM and provide reporting as requested.
- Execute and influence the Enterprise Accounts business strategy
- Develop relationships with key influencers and end users in the Enterprise Accounts space including: Enterprise Accounts (Retail; Data Centers, Distribution Centers, etc) General Contractors, Architects, Service Providers, and Property Managers
- Develop and expand Allegion’s existing network of distribution partners that are knowledgeable in this space
- Understand, communicate and execute business and market dynamics that drive success in the Enterprise Accounts space
- Coordinate/Communicate and support new Enterprise Account strategies within Allegion’s existing Strategic Sales teams (RSO, Channel Sales, Wholesale, PACs & National Systems Integrators
What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 10+ years of sales experience in the access control market including high frequency smart credentials, including 5+ years of selling to national, global, and strategic end users
- Door hardware experience required with understanding of specification writing (Division 8 & 28)
- Working knowledge of new construction and aftermarket distribution business models
- Working knowledge of access control credential solutions (high frequency smart cards and mobile)
- Working knowledge of BA/BAA/BABA requirements for Government Projects
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with local and strategic sales teams and other Allegion functions to close complex sales opportunities
- Strong presentation skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action
- Ability to travel nationally in the range of 50-60%, proximity to major airport required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to execute on business plans

- The expected Total Compensation Range: $143,500-$194,400. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
