Cell Lead at Cornerstone Building Brands — North Dartmouth, MA

Base Pay starts at $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises the daily operations of a warehouse or manufacturing loading dock. Coordinate and inspect incoming shipments, manage inventory flow, and lead a team of receivers to ensure goods are accurately processed, safely stored, and distributed to production lines

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree or business/logistics courses are often preferred for leadership.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or shipping and receiving.
• Leadership: Prior supervisory or team lead experience is strongly preferred for delegating daily tasks and training staff
• Technical: Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (such as SAP), and barcode scanners.
• Physical: Ability to stand and walk throughout a full shift, and regularly lift/move heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs).
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail to catch discrepancies, and effective communication skills to resolve conflicts with vendors or staff
