Full job description

  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers
  • Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
  • Apply paint using various methods such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns
  • Ensure quality control by inspecting finished work for imperfections
  • Maintain painting equipment and tools in good working condition
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working

YOU HAVE:

  • 2-3 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
  • Mechanical knowledge for equipment setup and maintenance
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
  • Experience with auto body repair techniques is beneficial
  • Ability to operate a forklift for material handling tasks
  • Skill in assembling components after painting processes
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate work
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
