This is a on-call, part-time bartender role. The starting wage for this role is $14.00/hour + tips.

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional, and efficient beverage service during banquets, events, and special functions.
Set up, stock, operate, and break down bar stations according to event requirements.
Prepare and serve beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails following established recipes and service standards.
Process guest transactions accurately and maintain proper cash-handling procedures.
Monitor alcohol service and comply with all applicable laws and responsible beverage service standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout each event.
Work collaboratively with banquet, culinary, and event teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Support banquet setup, teardown, and other food & beverage operations as needed.
Be available for on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1+ year of bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort, banquet, or similar hospitality environment.
Must meet all legal requirements for alcohol service in the state.
Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and standard cocktail preparation.
Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Experience handling cash, processing payments, and using POS systems.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards.
Reliable, flexible, and able to work an on-call schedule based on business needs.
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist in all areas of banquet and event operations.
