  • Print and kit upcoming production orders, specification sheets, product locators, decorations and option drawings.
  • Manage the ID storage area and inventory physically and in SAP.
  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure order and schedule changes are communicated.
  • Help manage the flow of the offline schedule. Complete small offline jobs 10 pieces or less.
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job, proper training techniques must be followed).
  • Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities.
  • Backup cycle Counter and Stock Press Components if needed or assigned by Supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification

High school diploma or equivalent Associate’s degree

Work Experience

Required

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably plastics or fabrication environment
  • Forklift Certified

Desired

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.
  • Ability to STOP-THINK-ACT and work safely
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business.
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift.
  • Ability to work rotating job stations.
  • Ability to effectively work in teams.
  • Ability to professionally accept constructive feedback and criticism.
  • Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles.
  • Ability to gain forklift certification.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
  • Knowledge of basic math, including addition, subtraction and multiplication.
