Full job description

The Sales Enablement Specialist supports the operational foundation of DDN’s Sales Enablement team. Reporting to Enablement leadership, this role helps keep programs coordinated, content organized, communications clear, and the field supported.

This is a role for someone who creates structure, follows through, pays attention to the details, and takes pride in helping a team operate more effectively.

## What This Role Is Here to Do

You will help the Enablement team deliver programs that are well-coordinated, resources that are easy to find, and communications that are clear and timely. That means keeping track of moving pieces, supporting Enablement Managers and cross-functional partners, and helping make sure the field has what it needs when it needs it.

## What Success Looks Like

Programs run smoothly. Field teams can find the right resources in GTM Central. Enablement communications are clear, timely, and sent to the right audiences. Training participation, completion, and follow-up are tracked so the team knows where things stand.

When this role is working well, the Enablement team has more clarity, fewer loose ends, and better visibility into what the field needs.

## The Work You’ll Help Drive

Day to day, this role supports some of the Enablement team’s most important operational work. You will coordinate the logistics, materials, communications, and follow-through behind enablement sessions, onboarding programs, certifications, workshops, and field events. You will maintain the enablement calendar and help the team stay ahead of key moments like QBR readiness, SKO preparation, and quarterly enablement programs.

A meaningful part of this role lives inside GTM Central: organizing resources, keeping content current, supporting audits, and making sure field teams can find what they need without hunting for it. You will also help draft and distribute enablement communications so the field knows what is new, what is changing, and where to go.

You will work closely with Enablement Managers, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales stakeholders to keep programs and content aligned. You will also help the team stay informed by pulling participation data, tracking completion, and preparing reports that show where things stand and where follow-up is needed.

## What You Bring

We are looking for someone with some experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, program coordination, or a related GTM function. Relevant internship or project experience is welcome.

More than a specific background, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, follows through on details, and communicates clearly in writing. You should be comfortable working across presentations, spreadsheets, shared content repositories, and collaboration tools. An interest in sales, go-to-market strategy, and how field teams operate will serve you well in this role. Familiarity with Salesforce, LMS platforms, or enablement tools is a plus, but curiosity matters more than credentials here.
