# Warehouse Shipper – Day & Swing Shift

📍 Tualatin, OR 🕖 Day Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM Start | $22.00/hour 🕓 Swing Shift: Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM Start | $22.00/hour + $2.00/hour Shift Differential

## What You'll Do

  • 🛒 Gather and stage products accurately based on delivery routes
  • 📦 Verify order accuracy and ensure loads are complete and properly sequenced
  • 🛡️ Secure products for transport to prevent damage
  • 🤝 Work as part of a coordinated, high-energy team to keep operations moving
  • 🗂️ Stock and organize warehouse inventory for efficient loading
  • 🔍 Locate missing items and resolve discrepancies
  • ⚠️ Follow all safety procedures and support our Injury Prevention Program
  • 🌟 Represent Milgard's values through teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude

## What We're Looking For

  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or similar environments
  • Familiarity with glass handling or window and door products is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted
  • Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to team success
  • Someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing things right
