As client demand continues to increase, the business has reached a point where hands-on support is needed to keep operations running smoothly and to help sustain its growth trajectory. The owner is looking for a dedicated, capable partner who can take ownership of key business functions and operate with a high degree of independence.

Why does this role exist?

The owner has been single-handedly managing all sales, client relations, and office operations after unexpectedly losing his chief administrator, while also juggling a significant personal commitment that demands a substantial portion of his time. This role exists to take outbound sales and client-facing admin fully off his plate — not just to support him, but to independently generate new business. The mission is simple: build and close a pipeline of security/patrol contracts through proactive outreach, while ensuring the day-to-day office runs smoothly under the guidance of the owner's trusted delegate.
