About the Role
We are seeking a Executive Recruiting Associate to work directly with our Executive Recruiting Managers to help support the recruiting efforts of FTI Consulting’s Executive Recruiting team. This position offers the opportunity for growth, exposure to multiple HR functions, and a great team environment!
What You’ll Do
- Schedule and coordinate phone, in-person, and video interviews for candidates/internal stakeholders across multiple time zones; provide prompt support (i.e. last-minute cancellations, rescheduling) for interviews, including on-site logistical issues
- Support the Executive Recruiting Team with the interview and hiring process as needed from initial job requisition posting through onboarding of new hires
- Coordinate marketing and advertising of job postings
- Post approved job descriptions
- Ensure candidates referred by current employees are screened and referral bonuses are properly tracked for payment
- Maintain candidate activity tracking scorecards
- Monitor candidate data and status updates in FTI’s applicant tracking system in Avature and Taleo
- Generate reports for Recruiting Leads
- Coordinate candidate travel with FTI’s internal travel department
- Submit expenses and invoices for candidate travel expenses
- Contribute to various recruiting projects on an as-needed basis (metrics, interview training, etc.)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Executive candidates throughout the interview process
- Send interview confirmations and any supporting materials to both interviewees and interviewers
- Ensure a polished, professional, and timely communication flow
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM (Avature)
- Track interview feedback and follow up with interviewers
- Create and post job descriptions to internally and external sites
- Create offer letter preparation and onboarding documentation
- Generate recruiting reports as needed (metrics, interview training, etc.)
- Partner closely with Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Legal, and the Compensation Team

What You Will Need To Succeed
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ of administrative, HR, recruiting, or scheduling experience (executive leadership experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook calendar is critical)
- Experience with ATS/CRM systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Avature) preferred
- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional polish and executive presence
- Ability to manage high-volume scheduling under tight deadlines
- Calmness under pressure
- Strong follow-through and responsiveness
- Experience supporting senior-level stakeholders
- Ability to work additional hours if needed
- Ability to travel to FTI office(s) if needed
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position does not provide visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Long term interest in Recruiting or HR
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be technically savvy with a demonstrated proficiency in using Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies
- Ability to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlines
- Skilled in organizing tasks and establishing priorities
- Ability to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reports
- Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritizing multiple tasks, and using good judgment to resolve problems
- Experience using an applicant tracking system, such as Taleo
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Experience as an executive assistant, recruiting assistant or event planner
Compensation
Minimum Pay: $57,500 Maximum Pay: $101,000
