Project Information Specialist I at AECOM — Austin, TX

AECOM is seeking a Project Information Specialist I in Austin, TX.

• Under direct supervision, follows standard procedures, processes and techniques to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Performs data entry into an electronic document management system.
• Resolves routine questions and problems and refers more complex issues to higher/more experienced levels.
• May prepare and maintain project filing system.
• Assists in the receiving, processing, monitoring, and expediting of internal and external distribution of engineering and supplier documentation.
• Help coordinate team events
• Gather photos at client milestone events for social media prep
• distribute program wide updates
• invoice entry and project floor plan uploading

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS + none of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of project information compliance experience.
• Knowledge of project construction.
• Invoice experience.
• Sponsorship is not available.
• Relocation is not available.
