Full job description

Reporting to the Production Manager of Nightlife, the Stage Lead may be required to:

  • Work with the Production Manager and Marketing team on scheduling appropriate staff for setup, operations, and strike of nightlife venues.
  • Assist with the setup and operations of club and private events for nightlife venues.
  • Work with the Production Manager on maintaining inventory and preparing necessary equipment lists for different stage or venue designs.
  • Work with production staff and vendors on delivery and setup for club and private event operations.
  • Identify, diagnose and/or repair faulty equipment. Schedule staff for maintenance as necessary.
  • Encourage teamwork and aid in building cross-department relationships.
  • Work with safety as a priority and follow department and company safety standards.
  • Ensures that all Wynn Resorts core values, property, and department standards are implemented and applied.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Experience / Education

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (4) years’ experience in large scale entertainment or live events setting.
  • Required current OSHA 30 General Industry Safety card.
  • Must have scissor lift certification or is able to obtain.
  • DJ equipment experience a plus
  • Lighting console operation & programming a plus
  • Digital audio console experience a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work under pressure as well as manage logistics.
  • Willing to define, practice and conform to safe working procedures.
  • Knowledge of OSHA health and safety protocols is required.
  • Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours.
  • Models a professional and polished appearance as required by company guidelines.
  • Must be able to interact with internal and external guests in a professional manner.
  • Maintains relevant knowledge of industry through continuing education and training.

Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
