Skilled General Laborer at DPR Construction — Denver, CO

Job Description

DPR Construction is looking for dependable, hardworking Skilled Laborers to support our commercial construction projects in Colorado(Denver and Colorado Springs) This is a great opportunity for someone with previous commercial construction experience who takes pride in doing quality work, working safely, and being a reliable team member.

This role is focused on general labor support, housekeeping, material handling, and jobsite maintenance. Previous commercial construction experience is required.

Responsibilities

Perform general housekeeping and cleanup tasks on active jobsites. Load and unload materials. Carry lumber and other materials to and from storage areas as directed. Receive materials from vendors. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support the field team. Operate basic hand tools and common power tools as directed. Support equipment operation when needed and when qualified. Work safely at all times. Safety is required and non-negotiable. Assist with other duties as assigned to help maintain production and project flow.

Qualifications

Previous commercial construction experience is required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude. Ability to follow directions and work in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience operating equipment is a plus. Ability to use basic tools and perform general labor tasks safely. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds or more as needed. Ability to work indoors and outdoors, including in heights, dust, fumes, and loud jobsite conditions.

Anticipated starting pay range:

$25.00- $29.00
