- Estimated hourly pay: $31.25(minimum) - $40.38(midpoint) - $50.00(maximum) PLUS overtime

Job Summary:
This role directly engages in a team of teams manufacturing environment by executing technical processes, maintaining safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across shared work areas and production lines. In this role, you will be based at the new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where we support the manufacturing of hydraulic actuators for today’s aircraft. Manufacturing Aerospace Technician III:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Technical Processes: Perform and optimize complex manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, test, or special processes. Ensure consistency, quality, and repeatability.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Take a leadership role in coordinating across teams, aligning resources, and supporting sitewide decision making.
- Resolve Complex Issues: Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex or recurring issues. Develop and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure Product Quality: Ensure adherence to advanced quality standards and regulatory requirements. Improve documentation, procedures, and process consistency.
- Build & Improve People and Process Capability: Lead training and mentoring efforts. Drive cross-training initiatives and continuous improvement across processes and teams.
Key Skills:
- Advanced Technical Expertise: Demonstrates deep knowledge in manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, or test systems) including ERP, PLM, automation technologies and manufacturing execution systems.
- Blueprint and GD&T Proficiency: Interprets complex drawings, specifications, and design intent.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Aligns teams and resources to resolve issues and maintain operational flow.
- Influential Communication: Communicates effectively across functions, motivated to give and receive feedback, and supports team decisions.
- Advanced Problem Solving: Leads structured root cause analysis using formal tools and methodologies.
- Process & Systems Analysis: Evaluates trends, data, and system performance to prevent recurring issues.
- Quality Systems Expertise: Applies AS9100/ISO standards and specifications to ensure compliance.
- Documentation & Process Control: Develops and improves procedures, work instructions, and documentation.
- Training & Mentorship: Trains, mentors, and develops others across multiple technical areas using depth in various roles.
- Continuous Improvement Leadership: Leads process improvements and supports lean initiatives.
Successful Candidates Typically Have:
- Experience performing assembly and testing of fuel system components in an aerospace industry
- Proficiency in fabrication techniques
- Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- A&P License preferred
Moderate physical activity requires agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending; and lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds. Note: Some product lines have heavier lifting requirements due to product type. Ability to stand for entire shift. Work is performed in an area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear. May be required to pass Near vision and/or Color vision examinations
