Civil Designer at Trilongroup — Baton Rouge, LA

Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Civil Designer to join our team in our Baton Rouge, LA - Glenstone office. The Civil Designer provides technical leadership and hands-on expertise in the development of high-quality design deliverables for civil engineering projects. This role works both independently and collaboratively with project teams to produce design drawings, layouts, models, reports, and CADD/BIM deliverables that meet project scope, schedule, and quality standards. The position requires broad knowledge of civil engineering design disciplines, including water and wastewater systems, stormwater management, site civil design, and utility infrastructure. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D and Revit, with working knowledge of MicroStation and ArcGIS considered a plus. In addition to technical execution, this role supports design standards, quality control, and mentorship of design staff.
