We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's revenue growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and surpass individual and team goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Implement and maintain a robust customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products/services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and addressing client concerns promptly
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in a relevant industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and customer service best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close complex deals
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Understanding of legal contract language and sales agreement terms
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and team management
