Senior Director of Industrialization at Mainspring Energy — Menlo Park, CA

Mainspring Energy is seeking a Vice President of Industrialization to define and lead the company's end-to-end industrialization strategy, ensuring products successfully transition from development through production launch, scale, and lifecycle support. This leader will oversee New Prototype Operations, New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing Engineering, Production Test Engineering, Test Automation & Software, Technical Documentation, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Sustaining Engineering, Factory Analytics, Capital Equipment (CapEx), and Engineering Change Management (ECM). Partnering across Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Fleet Operations, Program Delivery, and Operational Technology, this executive will drive manufacturing readiness, scalable production systems, and operational excellence while building the organizational capability to support Mainspring's continued growth.
