Summary

Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and successful delivery of outcomes. Manages scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder engagement across cross-functional efforts. Ensures initiatives are executed efficiently through structured project management practices, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication. Partners with business and functional stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable results.

Responsibilities

Leads planning and execution of initiatives, ensuring scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.

Facilitates stakeholder alignment through structured meetings, clear communication, and coordination across cross-functional teams.

Monitors initiative progress, identifies risks and issues, and implements mitigation strategies to maintain delivery objectives.

Establishes and maintains project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into status, risks, and outcomes.

Develops and executes communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the initiative lifecycle.

Applies project and change management methodologies to drive consistency, accountability, and effective execution.

Evaluates initiative outcomes through data, feedback, and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, organizational development, engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

Work Experience

5–7 years of experience in project or program management, operations, or a related field required.

Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments and influencing stakeholders without direct authority required.

Certifications & Licenses

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prosci Change Management certification preferred.

Anticipated starting pay range:
