As part of Medtronic's U.S. Aortic Training & Education team, you'll play a pivotal role in engaging physicians & endovascular teams with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to deliver exceptional patient care.
In this role, you'll lead and support high-impact medical education programs focused on Medtronic's Aortic portfolio. You'll collaborate with renowned physician faculty, training & education professionals, and cross-functional partners to execute industry-leading educational experiences. From strategic planning through flawless execution, you'll independently manage projects while building trusted relationships that advance the vision of the U.S. Aortic business.

- Facilitates customized local and national training and education programs for Endovascular Specialists on Medtronic's Aortic products and therapies, to increase procedural and product adoption to improve patient outcomes.
- Participation in customers engagement activities upon request
- Supports Medical Education team with the maintenance of customer relations with clinicians and organizations, contract and compliance requirements, and faculty logistics.
- Maintains and updates program content with relevant clinical publications/practices
- Attends weekly regulatory and clinical review meetings to collaborate on content approval
- Supervising the logistics requirements by working with contract and meeting planning teams
- Acting as liaison between the MD Faculty and MDT Aortic Organization (T&E, MedSci, Sales & Mktg)
- Executing the yearly MedEd Plan
- Managing assigned budget and resources
- 10% – 15% travel
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of relevant experience in a clinical lab setting, clinical training, field sales/support in medical device, healthcare industry or equivalent experience OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 4+ years experience
