How You Will Make an Impact

  • Owns, executes, measures, and enhances the Sales Development Representative Program (SDR Program) including leading the team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Builds a strong team culture focused on accountability & execution
  • Recruits, hires, and on-boards new SDR’s
  • Manage all outbound sales outreach for the SDR team
  • Partners with sales management to design sales coverage and identify business development opportunities for SDR’s to apply their newly acquired skills
  • Works closely with the Sales Enablement team to train the necessary sales skills
  • Acts as lead sales coach to develop and assess sales skills
  • Smoothly integrates existing SDR’s into the new program
  • Creates, enhances, and manages materials that support required skills development
  • Oversees the day-to-day responsibilities of the team
  • Successfully progresses SDR’s through each phase of the program
  • Utilizes various sales tools such as Salesloft to assess the progression and performance of SDR’s
  • Works closely with the leadership to create a scalable system to measure and track progress of the program
  • Upon program graduation, helps to identify Sales career path options for participants, and works with hiring managers to match reps to the best roles for each individual and team

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 2-10 years of sales coach/ Manager experience, preferably in technology, Saas, or servicing
  • Served as a sales manager, sales mentor, or coach to others
  • Innate passion for developing others and helping people succeed
  • Exceptional sales acumen
  • Strong operational discipline
  • Process oriented
  • Excellent communicator
  • Uses data to drive decision making
  • Highly skilled in CRM management
  • Strong competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate information into a clear, compelling message
  • Ability to interact with staff across all levels and operate in a fast-paced environment while adapting to changing requirements
  • Outstanding organization and prioritization skills
  • Process oriented mindset with the ability to execute consistently

New York: The expected base salary for the position is between $120,000 USD to $160,000 USD.
