The anticipated pay range for this position is $19 hourly. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.

Supply Chain Materials Specialist
In this role, you will support hospital operations by ensuring medical supplies are accurately tracked, stocked, and readily available.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform weekly QSight physical inventory counts accurately and in a timely manner for QSight Kanban products at designated departmental stocking locations
- Identify excess inventory, return stock, and process credits according to Owens & Minor account return procedures
- Maintain stocking locations through reorganization, re-sequencing, labeling, and inventory maintenance services
- Ensure all assigned stocking locations meet accepted quarterly report standards, including inventory turnover and inactive item values
- Maintain and update PAR levels, backorders, pricing, additions, deletions, and other relevant account information
- Generate orders based on physical counts, PAR levels, SKU history, and departmental needs
- Respond to customer requests including new items, PAR level changes, returns, and miss picks
Additional Responsibilities
- Transmit orders directly to the QSight server
- Transport completed orders and perform put-away functions as required
- Assist with quarterly reports and provide recommendations for inventory optimization and storage improvements
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining communication with departmental managers and nursing staff
- Receive and communicate departmental operative case data in a timely manner
- Support QSight Supply Managers by identifying issues, challenges, and opportunities
- Identify inventory-related cost-saving measures using relevant data and alternative products
- Conduct monthly expired product checks and adhere to best practices
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 2–3 years of supply chain experience preferred
- Ability to use software to review reports and perform basic analysis
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify effective solutions
- Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- High attention to detail for accurate inventory counts and order fulfillment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
