Barista, Triple Divide Coffee at Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. — USA, MT

This is a full-time, seasonal role beginning July 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Barista, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment for every guest by delivering outstanding service and high-quality products.

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages and other menu items to company standards
• Provide friendly, prompt, and memorable customer service with a guest-first mindset
• Assist guests with beverage selections and product recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
• Follow company recipes, quality standards, and health and safety procedures
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately handle cash transactions
• Support the team in maintaining smooth daily operations

## Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous café, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while contributing to a team environment
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and dependable
