Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! Must have P& L experience managing the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.

- Assist Operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
- Operations: Full P&L responsibility.
- Manage Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
- Achieve operational goals/metrics.
- Provide on the job training through self or others.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.
- 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience (prefer construction/installation/trades).
- Full P&L experience.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Compensation Range
$75,000.00 - $150,000.00 To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
