Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer to join our Repair Operations team. This individual will serve as a key contributor in maintaining and improving the efficiency of our complex, lean repair organization. The role requires a multifaceted approach, balancing core engineering responsibilities—such as capacity analysis, workflow design, and inventory management—with global customer experience representation. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading cross-functional projects, implementing process improvements, and managing complex stakeholder relationships, as demonstrated by the successful execution of key business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Workflow & Process Optimization: Design, analyze, and implement workflow improvements to enhance repair operations. Utilize data analytics to identify personnel shortfalls and drive solutions to improve service delivery, specifically targeting On-Time Delivery and reduced Delinquent Backlog.
- Project Leadership: Lead and support critical projects, including cross-functional initiatives such as training leads for business transfers (e.g., Project Longitude) and managing pilot programs for new inventory builds.
- Global Customer Experience: Act as the Global Customer Experience Representative for Repair, ensuring repair enhancements align with customer needs and satisfaction metrics (e.g., driving YoY improvements in Annual Relationship Surveys).
- Operational Integration: Oversee integration efforts for repair services and ensure smooth material flow and process consistency across multiple sites.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with external partners and internal teams to manage material requests, inventory status, and initiative blockers.
- Core Engineering: Proven experience in Industrial Engineering, workflow design, and process analysis.
- Inventory & Analytics: Strong background in inventory analysis and management.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to support advanced diagnostic operations, including repair material research and AI/ML-driven diagnosis support.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging communication between technical teams, external partners, and senior leadership.
- Adaptability: Ability to balance multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while meeting strict deliverables.
- Experience: Familiarity with LMR repair operations and cross-site coordination is highly preferred.
Target Base Salary Range: $65,900 - $100,000
