As our Revenue Intelligence & Operations Manager , you’ll sit at the intersection of revenue operations, systems strategy, workflow automation, and AI-enabled execution. Your mandate is to reduce operational friction, improve visibility and decision-making, automate manual processes, and help modernize how our GTM organization operates. We’re looking for someone who deeply understands HubSpot and modern revenue operations, but who also recognizes that AI is fundamentally changing how revenue teams work. The right person is systems-minded, operationally rigorous, highly proactive, and constantly looking for ways to improve productivity and execution through automation and intelligent workflows.
