Job Overview:

Job Summary**

The Technician II QHSE (Quality) at Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, TX, supports the implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal procedures to deliver high-quality services.

Job Responsibilities**

  • Conduct quality inspections and audits of construction activities, materials, and processes to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document inspection findings, non-conformances, and corrective actions, and track their resolution.
  • Assist in the development and revision of quality control plans, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and contribute to the implementation of preventive measures.
  • Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presenting findings to management.
  • Support training initiatives related to quality policies and procedures for project personnel.
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and promote a culture of quality.
  • Participate in internal and external audits of the Quality Management System.
  • Ensure all quality documentation is properly maintained and accessible.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications**

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a technical field or related discipline preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the energy, construction, or manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed.
  • Physical ability to perform inspections in various weather conditions and construction environments.
