From managing learning systems to coordinating engaging training sessions, you will play a key role in enabling teams to grow, stay compliant, and perform at their best. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

### How you'll make an impact

  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Coordinate training sessions, logistics, and communications
  • Track training records, certifications, and attendance
  • Generate reports on training metrics and compliance status
  • Support employees with LMS access and training inquiries
  • Improve administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor compliance with required training completion timelines
  • Coordinate project activities aligned with company standards

### Your background

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years in training coordination, LMS, or data management
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office (Excel advanced)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and process improvement
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000 DOE
