Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
### How you'll make an impact
- Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate training sessions, logistics, and communications
- Track training records, certifications, and attendance
- Generate reports on training metrics and compliance status
- Support employees with LMS access and training inquiries
- Improve administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Monitor compliance with required training completion timelines
- Coordinate project activities aligned with company standards
### Your background
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years in training coordination, LMS, or data management
- Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office (Excel advanced)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with reporting, analytics, and process improvement
- Effective communication and collaboration skills

Salary Range $70,000 - $80,000 DOE
