Position Title: End User Specialist
Location: Field work, it means 90% in field and 10% home office. The area is half of Bulgaria.
Employment: Full-time employment contract.

Overview:
The Job:
As the End User Specialist, you’ll be part of our Technical Sales Support team working as a field employee. You’ll get to:
- Build and develop a strong customer and end-user network.
- Develop trusted relationships with current and new clients to strengthen commitment to our brands.
- Support the CEE/EMEA team in organizing events, fairs, and store demonstrations.
- Propose solutions and offers that meet customer and end-user needs.
- Support the CEE/EMEA team in delivering customer and product training.
- Follow sales team leads and connect with customers to create new opportunities.
- Deliver accurate product demonstrations and represent the company professionally, with a strong focus on health and safety solutions.
- Ensure the demo van is equipped with the required stock and that all equipment is aligned with customer needs and kept in good condition.
- Contribute to generating new sales and building long-term customer relationships.
- Track end-user visits weekly, maintain Salesforce updates, and support self-development through e-learning, especially mandatory courses.

- Fluent Bulgarian and communicative English required.
- Experience in technical industries.
- Experience with Salesforce is good to have.
