We are hiring Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team for 2nd shift: Monday - Friday

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM plus overtime as needed.

Pay Rate: Starting at $21.00/hour and may be higher based on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours
• 0-3 years of warehouse background
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently without assistance
• Material handling equipment experience preferred
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of safety regulation and procedures is preferred
• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Perform daily transactional tasks using a Labor Management System
• Effectively communicate with coworkers and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Execute tasks using hand-held RF units / scanners or voice units
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
