The Technical Implementation Manager is a hands-on people leader responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a team of Technical Implementation Leads and Software Developers delivering complex, customer-facing healthcare interoperability solutions. This role blends technical leadership with people management, ensuring successful project delivery while fostering the growth, performance, and engagement of a high-performing technical team. The successful candidate will have a strong Java development background and be comfortable providing technical guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. They will oversee implementation planning, solution design, estimation, technical execution, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and operational readiness, while remaining actively involved in resolving complex technical challenges and supporting customer escalations.
