Full job description

The Regional Sales Representative (RSR), Southcentral, works to support District Sales Managers, Customers, and Builders throughout the Southcentral region. This is in partnership with the following Cornerstone Building Brands: Ceco Building Systems, Metallic Building Systems, and Star Building Systems. You will report directly to the Manager, Regional Sales.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attending in Person Builder Meetings to support Sales Teams
  • Estimate File Entry & Maintenance of Sales Quotes
  • Customer Training with Sales Systems as needed
  • Supports District Sales Managers by preparing estimates and facilitating communications between Estimators and Builders
  • Works with Regional Sales Manager to plan events and prepare reports to support sales growth in the region
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account
  • Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
  • 2-3 years experience in the Pre-Engineered Metal Building Industry required
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to advance in Metal Building Sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building System’s associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents
  • Must have thorough understanding of construction process
  • Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
  • Must be able to support multiple projects simultaneously

The US average base salary for this role is $75,000-$80,000 + sales incentive + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
