Title: Project Coordinator
Reports to: Manager
Basic Function: Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, information and labor.
# Key Responsibilities and duties:
- Maintain a positive professional attitude with customers and fellow workers.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Maintain a professional image.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- Ensure paperwork standards are adhered to.
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment (includes truck mount as well as portable equipment).
