Description

As an Unarmed Security Professional at Extrity Services, you will be crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their premises. Under the guidance of the Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor, or Regional Manager, you will implement security protocols, monitor activities, and respond to incidents with professionalism and attention to detail. Your role is essential in upholding Extrity Services' commitment to operational excellence and professionalism. What You'll Be Doing: ● Adher e to the company 's dress code and maintain a professional appear ance. ● Demonstr ate punctuality , arriving on time for assigned shifts. ● Conduct yourself cour teously and professionally with all clients, visitors, and colleagues. ● Enfor ce access contr ol procedur es and maintain recor ds accur ately . ● Conduct regular patrols to detect and deter unauthoriz ed activities. ● Maintain and repor t on the functionality of security equipment. ● Respond promptly to security incidents, following established protocols. ● Document incidents accur ately , preparing detailed repor ts. ● Assist with investigations by providing timely information. ● Provide truthful and timely data, including incident repor ts and shift repor ts. What You'll Bring: ● Valid Tennessee Unarmed Security Guar d Registr ation, or the ability to obtain and maintain one. ● Demonstr ate strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution

with the ability to de-escalate tense or emotionally char ged situations while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor . ●

Experience

in conducting patrols, surveillance, and managing security incidents. ● Knowledge of security equipment and its proper usage. ● Understanding of emer gency protocols and ability to remain calm under pressur e. ● Familiarity with access contr ol procedur es and identification verification. ● Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emer gency procedur es (not requir ed). ● Excellent documentation and repor t-writing
