### Position Details

• Reports To: General Manager or Operations Manager
• Direct Reports: 0-1 Associates
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm (flexible start time available)

### What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day maintenance and facility operations for the site, ensuring the building, grounds, and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
• Coordinate general maintenance services to support business operations.
• Foster a safe, compliant, and well-maintained workplace while ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Manage relationships with contractors and vendors, including reviewing proposals, approving work, and ensuring quality service delivery.
• Monitor facility budgets, contracts, expenditures, and purchase orders, providing regular reporting and financial oversight.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, vendor documentation, open projects, and completed maintenance activities.
• Support improvement initiatives, capital projects, and operational enhancements from planning through execution.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in facility performance and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to Ferguson's Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and all company compliance requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
