Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1803 W KIRBY AVE location in Champaign, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading a team of employees.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and timely delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Manage cash handling and financial transactions
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
- Participate in marketing initiatives and local community engagement efforts
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in math and problem-solving
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Food safety certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
What are we looking for?
•Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
•Our stores are open 365 days a week. Yes, that's right even on the weekends and the holidays; that's when we are busiest! While you schedule is pretty flexible, you have to be willing to work when the team needs you the most.
•You have to be at least 18 years old.
