  • Support QA, testing, and documentation for new builds and enhancements

Business Partnership

  • Work directly with FP&A leads and finance business partners to capture requirements and deliver practical solutions
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting outputs
  • Drive user adoption and change management for system rollouts

Platform Development

  • Contribute to platform evaluation, roadmap planning, and best practice standards
  • Stay current on EPM platform capabilities and emerging approaches to financial planning

Experience

  • 6–9 years of experience in EPM, financial systems, or FP&A
  • 3+ years hands-on model building experience on a modern EPM platform (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience delivering EPM projects across FP&A, revenue, or headcount and workforce planning domains
  • Experience working directly with finance stakeholders at the VP/Director level
  • Experience with next-generation EPM platforms and a track record of migrating or modernizing legacy planning environments is a strong plus
  • Consulting or SI background preferred but not required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
  • EPM platform certification(s) preferred
  • Familiarity with data integration patterns (ERP connectors, data warehouse pipelines, API-based integrations)
