Where Performance Meets Purpose

What you will be doing:

Join Titleist’s Manchester Lane Player Research team as an intern and take part in the behind-the-scenes work that powers industry-leading golf ball and club fittings. Based at our state-of-the-art testing facility, you’ll support the daily preparation and execution of fitting events, organizing equipment, setting up fitting stations, and ensuring a professional and seamless experience for every golfer. You’ll also gain exposure to tour level Golf Club fittings and Golf Ball R&D processes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to performance-driven events while growing within an innovative golf environment.

What you will bring:

  • Currently pursuing a 4-year degree with preference for a rising Junior or Senior
  • Demonstrated passion for golf and a strong connection to the sport
  • Foundational knowledge of golf operations, gained through prior experience working in the golf industry
  • Insight into standard golf facility procedures and day-to-day functions
  • Eager to learn and naturally curious about equipment and fitting technologies. Exposure to and experience with Trackman preferred.

Duration of Role: End of August- October 2026

Please note: Individual must be able to work full time Monday-Friday for the entirety of the role

Compensation: $20/hr
