Retail Associate (Camp Store), West Glacier Village — USA, MT

This is a full-time, seasonal position beginning August 2026. The starting wage for this role is $15.50

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES This is a sales-oriented position with a focus on proactive guest interaction, hospitality, and product knowledge for both retail and our other Pursuit services. Sales associates are responsible for:

• Delivered exceptional guest service through product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and identifying customer needs.
• Maintained merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and visually appealing product displays.
• Supported sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Managed POS transactions, cash handling, and daily cash-out procedures with accuracy.
• Ensured a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment while upholding company standards for hospitality and environmental stewardship.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous retail experience an asset
• Hospitality-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences
• Mature, energetic, dependable and self-motivated
• Enjoy working with a diverse team in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Second language an asset
• Enthusiastic and out-going personality, ability to use this to engage with guests
• Cash handling experience
• Able to take initiative on restocking, re-merchandising, and regular cleaning duties
