Full job description

Garage Headquarters is hiring a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to drive new business development in the commercial garage door and loading dock industry.

This is a true hunter role focused on prospecting, cold calling, and closing new accounts — not account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and develop new commercial accounts (B2B sales)
  • Generate leads through cold calling, job site visits, and networking and referrals
  • Sell commercial garage doors, loading docks, service contracts, and repairs
  • Build relationships with general contractors, property managers, warehouses, and industrial clients
  • Conduct site visits, identify needs, and present solutions
  • Manage and grow a sales territory
  • Track pipeline activity and meet sales goals
  • 2+ years of outside sales / B2B sales / field sales experience
  • Experience in construction, industrial, service, or building products sales preferred
  • Strong prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, closing)
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary + commission
  • On-target earnings: $110,000+
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Vehicle allowance
