Veterinary Referral Coordinator Job Summary The Veterinary Referral Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between referring veterinarians, pet owners, and our emergency and specialty teams. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless referral experience for patients requiring advanced veterinary care. The ideal candidate will coordinate referral cases, strengthen relationships with referring veterinary clinics, assist with community outreach initiatives, and support communication between departments while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, compassion, and organization. This role requires frequent local travel (up to 75%) throughout the Chattanooga veterinary community, with occasional overnight travel for networking, outreach, and business development opportunities.
