Summary:

Senior Analyst– Global IPS Initiatives and Enablement:

The Senior Analyst – Global IPS Initiatives and Enablement supports the execution, enablement, and ongoing maintenance of global interchange and pricing initiatives. This role works with business stakeholders, regional teams, technology partners, and operational groups to document requirements, analyze data, support implementation readiness, maintain process documentation, and assist with issue resolution.

The Senior Analyst will support workflow automation, insight analysis, implementation management, reporting, and key strategic decisions. The role also contributes to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, maintaining templates and trackers, supporting automation opportunities, and helping improve operational consistency.

This role requires an AI curious and AI practical mindset—not an AI specialist, but someone who demonstrates curiosity, sound judgment, and practical use of AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, accelerate productivity, enhance insight generation, and responsibly rethink workflows.

The preferred location for this position is Foster City, California. This position requires travel 5%-10% of the time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support coordination across global, regional, technology, implementation, and operational teams.
  • Use AI-enabled tools responsibly to support agentic workflow design and process optimization
  • Lead key client interchange strategy implementation
  • Working with, extracting and manipulating large volumes of data; analyzing and large data sets to support key strategic decisions
  • Support implementation readiness, program registration, and configuration coordination,
  • Manage implementation guides, process documentation, training materials, trackers, and internal resources
  • Assist with issue investigation, stakeholder updates, and resolution tracking.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA,  JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
  • 3- 5 years or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • Experience in business analysis, operations, technology coordination, finance, consulting, payments, or data analysis.
  • SQL experience preferred.
  • Agentic task decomposition experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Exposure to payments, interchange, pricing, or transaction processing preferred.

The estimated salary range for this position is $129,200.00 to $ 206,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
