As a Bassett design consultant, you will need to be enthusiastic, motivated and enjoy building relationships while providing a luxury experience in the retail sales environment.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year Sales Experience with high-end furniture and luxury retail sales environment.
• Home Interior Design, or Art, and or relevant experience.
• Highly organized
• Results and goal-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing personality
• Polished image
• Ability to close the deal!

Hourly compensation during the training period is $20.00 per hour and with our generous commission-based compensation plan, exceeding other competitors in our market your income will be limited only by the amount of effort you apply. Full-time positions are available at both the Lone Tree Location. Loyalty incentive bonus earned on 1st year anniversary.
