What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily food production and presentation
  • Support supervision and coaching of dining team members
  • Ensure proper portioning, plating, and therapeutic diet compliance
  • Monitor food costs, purchasing, and inventory controls
  • Maintain accurate production sheets and temperature logs
  • Enforce HACCP and food safety standards
  • Support special events, banquets, and catering
  • Engage with residents to monitor satisfaction
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

You help drive food quality, kitchen efficiency, and team performance while supporting regulatory readiness.

25.85 - 32.35
