Program and Project Management SpecialistThe Opportunity:

As a program management specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.

On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of critical Navy acquisition programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project, Tableau, and Power BI, and regular interactions with senior Navy acquisition program managers, SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts.

You Have:

  • Experience with DoD acquisition programs, policies, and regulations
  • Experience providing direct support to the U.S. government PAPMs and APMs
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, and Pathways
  • Ability to manage and oversee multiple workstreams across an acquisition portfolio
  • Ability to independently lead and manage teams responsible for client delivery
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Naval Sea Systems Command programs
  • Knowledge of LCS Mission Modules
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Project or Program Management Certification such as DAWIA, FAC-C, or PMP Certification
