Job Title

Business Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Metrics (Office: Cambridge, MA)

Job Description

As Business Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Metrics, you define and shape how Philips engages healthcare customers across North America, translating Services capabilities into strategic market communications. You design and execute marketing campaigns and programs that build reputation, drive demand, and foster long-term customer loyalty. Using data-driven metrics, you measure and optimize campaign performance to demonstrate customer value, drive retention and growth, and encourage advocacy and operational efficiency.

Your role:

  • Lead definition and execution of Service marketing campaigns—target audiences, messaging, channels, content, and KPIs—to drive demand, retention, and share of wallet.
  • Develop audience insights, value propositions, fact-base, and campaign performance indicators to inform proposition and roadmap development.
  • Own customer-facing content and collateral centrally to support campaign objectives and enhance global and market-specific value propositions.
  • Drive analytics and measurement: monitor campaign/program performance, generate actionable insights, automate analyses, and take corrective actions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with service marketing, operations, and business teams in annual planning, customer engagement strategy, budget management, and adherence to Philips policies.

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or business – MBA preferred or equivalent work experience in marketing positions
  • 5+ year experience marketing technology, healthcare or medical technology products and solutions, including creating customized value propositions to unique customers and market segments
  • Proven strategic marketer with a track record of designing and executing campaigns and programs that drive reputation, demand, sales enablement, and customer loyalty in complex market/channel environments.
  • Results-oriented self-starter and change agent who sets priorities, delivers on time and on budget, and brings creative solutions to overcome roadblocks.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills for working effectively across teams and international locations, bringing high energy and enthusiasm.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. This is an office-based role.
