Our kitchen team has an opening for a kitchen lead we're looking to fill in the next 2 weeks.

The main requirements for our kitchen leads are: experience reading tickets and prioritizing dine-in/takeout/delivery, ability to stay calm under pressure (no angry-chef types) and a willingness to find other tasks (prep/cleaning) when things get slow. We make as much of our menu from scratch as possible so applicants need to be comfortable following a recipe and using kitchen equipment like mixers, food processors and immersion blenders. Pizza experience is a huge plus but not required - our menu is pretty simple and quick to learn.

We offer competitive wages ($20-$30) DOE. While not required, people willing to help with occasional takeout orders and light front-of-house support earn much higher tips and overall compensation. Kitchen wages include hourly, tips, shift meals/drinks and bonus opportunities. A full schedule is 35-45 hrs depending on your availability and skill set. Health Insurance and 401k w/ a match up to 5% is offered to long-term employees. Evening shifts are 4-10pm and morning prep shifts on Sat/Sun run from 8:30-4pm.
