- Responsible for working with the Design, PD, and Merchandising teams to understand deliverables and meet deadlines for creating and passing product specs for all stages of development - concept through production. These deadlines may fluctuate due to timing and include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Proto rounds - work collaboratively with the designer to ensure that all specs created reflect the intentions of that designer. Ensure accuracy of all information captured in specs by self-checking sketches & dimensions.
- Final Bulk Pass Off - Assist Tech Designer & Sr Tech Designer in executing final product spec updates and corrections for that season, ensuring that any and all changes to the product after market are approved by the design team.
- Assist in making sure that product specs are consistent across all factories and all seasons.
- Assist in the review and correction of post-market samples.
- Assist in the creation & maintenance of digital Design detail & standards libraries
- Assist in research of product functionality trends across market
- Assist in CAD & artwork creation in Illustrator & Photoshop, as needed
- Assist in presentation organization, set up, & clean up. Assist in Design workroom organization & maintenance.

- minimum 0-3 years experience
- college degree in fashion design or a related field
- illustrator and photoshop experience required
- Substance 3D experience a plus
- Raspberry AI, Adobe Firefly AI, or other product Design AI experience a plus
- Microsoft Excel experience a plus
