Wellness Nurse - Full Time at Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC — Hilliard, OH

Salary: Starting at $28.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time, 12- hour shift, every other weekend. Schedule may vary based on operational needs

• Assist in coordination of the resident admission process including screening, assessment, and care needs
• Ensure care is delivered as indicated in resident care plans
• Medication and treatment administration and ensure medications are administered per physicians’ orders
• Assistance with coordinating care and services with other outside providers including resident physicians
• Document and report care provided and resident observations including unusual or significant changes
• Maintain a working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures

• Working knowledge of state regulations, policies, and procedures, dictated for compliance
• Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing
• Current nursing license and state registration (LPN or RN)
• Three years’ experience in assessment and geriatric nursing, preferred
• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents
