What You’ll Do
- Lead shift assignments, manage attendance, and coordinate coverage
- Provide hands-on ADL support when needed
- Coach caregivers on quality, hospitality, and documentation standards
- Review charting and ensure alignment with Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
- Monitor resident changes and communicate concerns promptly
- Support onboarding and mentor new team members
- Promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications
- Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care
19.75 - 24.75
